So you’re getting married? Huge congratulations to you for celebrating such an 

important decision in your life. 

Planning a wedding event can be both one of the most exciting but also the most daunting parts to have to organise as there is so much to think about and often, little time to do it and that’s where a wedding planner can come in handy!

A good planner takes pleasure and pride in taking on your concerns, queries or worries and turning them into successful occasions and LND Events is no exception to this.

Couples often worry that planners will take over and their wedding won’t actually be theirs but something dreamt up by a person they’ve only met a handful of times – please let me assure you, this is not how I work!

My role as your planner will vary depending on which of my packages you choose to book but my theme remains consistent; You will always be consulted and nothing is booked or will happen without your say so.

I am there to take the stress out of decisions by doing the legwork for you and I am there to bring out your ideas and style to life and make sure your day runs so smoothly, all you need to do is enjoy it.

 

Every package will start the same;

Once you’ve got in touch with me, I will arrange a meeting as soon as possible with you so we can get to know each other a bit better. This meeting is free 

for an hour and comes with no obligation to go any further – you must be sure you’re happy with me, as it’s your big day that I am going to be a part of.

At the meeting, I will take notes of everything we’ve discussed and with my experience, I will already be coming up with ideas that suit your needs and help shape your day.

Should you choose to go ahead and book me, once this has been secured, I will send you a full written up set of notes with my suggestions.

 

 

 

 

 

 My Full planning service then includes;

  • Venue sourcing if not already secured.
  • Full supplier sourcing, recommending and co-ordinating of both your requirements of them and their requirements to ensure your day works perfectly.
  • Unlimited communication between us with meetings at locations and times to suit you*
  • Planning for a particular theme or style.
  • Sourcing and co-ordinating all supplies needed to style your venue as required.
  • Creating an event plan for the day itself, to ensure every aspect is covered
  • Set up at the venue to ensure that everything is prepared and ready as planned
  • On the day co-ordination of your event.

Price from £3,000

My Styling and set up service;

 

 

This package suits those of you who have planned most or all of your event but may need additional support to turn your ideas into reality or maybe it’s the fact that styling and setting up a venue can be extremely demanding on your time especially when it is a mere one or two days before the big day and you also have friends and family to catch up with as well as needing some pampering time to ensure you look the best for the main event.

This package can also perfectly compliment the pay per hour service and the on the day co-ordination. It is automatically included in full planning services.

It includes:

  • My free initial consultation as explained above, which should take place at least a month prior to the date of the event at a time and location of your choice*, where we will clarify planning and progress
  • On-going Contact and co-ordination with you to check that your preparations are finalised and all necessary supplies are in place to ensure styling will be a success.
  • Attendance each day in setting up your venue to your specification.

Price from £100 per day

* Within 10 miles of central York or my home base of Malton. 45p per mile thereafter.  

 

 

 

On the day co-ordination;

 

 

This package provides personal support throughout the day of the event and can also be added to the pay per hour assistance and the styling and set up services. It is automatically included in the full planning services.

It includes:

  • A free initial consultation at least a month prior to the date of the event at a time and location of your choice*, where we will clarify planning and progress
  • On-going Contact and co-ordination with you to check that your preparations are finalised
  • Personal support from the start of the event day to ensure that provisions, entertainers and guests arrive and are in place on time
  • Continued support to the end of the day for those practical tasks that ensure all goes according to plan

Price from £500 for the full day

Pay per hour assistance

 

This package would suit those of you who need some help to develop initial ideas into plans or who want to source something special to add to preparations 

or just need a boost to feel confident in making progress with what you want.

It includes a free initial consultation at a time and place to suit you* where you can discuss your ideas in detail and decide on the kind of assistance you feel that you want which will be provided on an hourly basis.

Price from £35 per hour
